Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase or wish to return it for any reason, please email support@therallycrowd.com within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it. Please note, if we haven't heard from you or a return isn't initiated within 15 days of receipt, we're unable to provide an exchange or refund.
